A cakesicle is cake and buttercream packed into a popsicle shaped shell, then hand decorated in your colors. Sprinkled Sweets makes them to order on Staten Island for showers, birthdays, Sweet 16s, and weddings. Cakesicles are a special order item, so send your design and date for a quote. One to two dozen is usually enough since they work as the centerpiece.
What a cakesicle actually is
A shell is molded in the popsicle shape, filled with cake and buttercream, sealed, and then decorated on the outside. You get a slice of cake you can hold by a stick, and a surface that takes color, drizzle, sprinkles, gold leaf, and printing far better than an actual slice ever could.
Why they anchor a table
Cakesicles stand up on a riser and read from across the room. Oreos and marshmallows fill a table. A row of cakesicles is what people walk over to look at. One or two dozen is plenty because they are the tall thing in the photo, not the volume.
Design options
- Solid color with drizzle. Clean and fast to read.
- Name or initials. Hand decorated on the face.

- Metallic detail. Gold or silver accents on white or blush.
- Sprinkle band. A stripe of sprinkles across one edge.

Cakesicles are a special order item. The price moves with the design and the count, so send what you have in mind and you will get a number back before anything is due. Everything else on the menu is fixed price:

Handling and timing
Cakesicles are made close to your date and picked up on Staten Island. Keep them cool and out of direct sun until the table is set. They hold beautifully indoors and are best served the same day.

Cake pops are bite sized and go fast with kids. Cakesicles are a few bites, hold detail better, and photograph as the feature. Plenty of tables have both. Both are special order.

- I send a quote. You see the exact total before anything is due.
- A 50% retainer holds the date. Venmo, Zelle, or cash. The balance is due at pickup.
- Pick up on Staten Island. Trays are packed so nothing shifts on the ride home.
