- Cake pops are the fun grab and go item and disappear first when people are walking around touring the house.

How many treats for a housewarming
Housewarmings tend to have people flowing in and out over a few hours rather than sitting down all at once, so plan a little extra for the folks who graze.
- 15 to 20 guests: two dozen total, two treat types.
- 30 to 40 guests: the Classic package at $225, four dozen across four types.
- 60 guests and up: the Deluxe package at $325, plus a dozen cakesicles as the centerpiece.

Fun details for a new home
Housewarming treats are a chance to get personal with the design. A tiny house that matches the color of your actual place, a key, a set of keys on a ring, a moving box, or a welcome mat all read clearly on an Oreo. Short phrases like Home Sweet Home, New Digs, or your street and number are done by hand on the Oreos and cakesicles at no extra charge. If you want a printed photo of the house itself, that is edible photo printing and it adds $10 to $15 a dozen. A printed photo of the front of the new place, set in the middle of the table, is a sweet touch people always ask about.
Treats as thank you favors for your movers
Plenty of housewarming orders come with a stack of thank you favors for the friends and family who carried boxes all weekend. Individually bagged Oreos or pretzel rods with a small tag are an easy way to say thanks. Bagged favors are a popular add on and work the same way the dessert table pieces do, just wrapped one at a time.
Timing
Two to three weeks ahead is the sweet spot, especially if your move is tied to a closing date that could shift. Treats are made fresh close to your date and picked up on Staten Island the day before or the morning of the party. - I send a quote. You see the exact total before anything is due.
- A 50% retainer holds the date. Venmo, Zelle, or cash. The balance is due at pickup.
- Pick up on Staten Island. Trays are packed so nothing shifts on the ride to the new place.
