Sprinkled Sweets makes holiday gift boxes on Staten Island for clients, employees, and referral partners. Pricing starts at $40 a dozen for pretzel rods and $45 a dozen for custom Oreos, and printing your logo on the treats adds $10 to $15 a dozen. One dozen fills three gift boxes of four pieces, so a list of twenty four people is eight dozen. Order by mid November for a December pickup on Staten Island.
Why a treat box instead of the usual gift
Most corporate holiday gifts end up in a drawer. A box of hand dipped treats with your logo on the top piece gets opened at the desk, shared with whoever walks by, and photographed. It costs less than the wine bottle and the branded fleece, and it does not sit in a closet until March.
The other reason offices go this route is the labeling. Each box carries a name, so the gift feels personal even when you are handing out forty of them.
What goes in a client gift box
Four to six pieces is the size that works. Big enough to feel like a real gift, small enough that the box closes neatly with a ribbon. A common mix:
- Two custom Oreos. One carries the logo, one carries the holiday design. Oreos hold detail better than anything else on the list.
- One pretzel rod. Gives the box height and the salty note that keeps it from being all sugar.
- One rice krispie treat. The piece most people eat first.
- One jumbo marshmallow. Optional, and worth it when you want the box to look full.
Keep the palette to two colors and let the logo be the third. Company navy with white and gold, or a warm red with cream, both read as holiday without turning into a candy cane.
How many dozens for your list
- 12 people: four dozen, boxed into twelve boxes of four pieces.
- 24 people: eight dozen. This is the most common Staten Island office order.
- 40 people: thirteen to fourteen dozen, usually split across three treat types.
- A break room tray instead of boxes: plan two to three pieces per person and skip the individual packaging.
If you are doing both, a labeled box for clients and an open tray for the office, order them together. It is one pickup and one invoice.
Putting your logo on the treats
Logo work is edible photo printing and it adds $10 to $15 a dozen. Send a PNG or JPG with a clean background. Marks with two or three flat colors come out sharpest. Thin gray text and heavy gradients lose definition at the size of an Oreo. There is more on how brand work translates to treats on the logo treats page.
Hand lettering costs nothing extra. Company names, a year, or a short line like Thank You 2026 goes on by hand.

Timing, and why mid November matters
Lead time is two to three weeks. December is the busiest month of the year and dates fill in the order they are booked, so mid November is the honest cutoff for a large corporate list. A twelve box order can sometimes squeeze in later. A forty box order cannot.
Treats are made fresh close to your pickup date and hold about two weeks sealed at room temperature, which covers the gap between your office party and the people you hand boxes to the following week. Storage details are on the freshness page.
How ordering works
- Send your details. Use the order builder, text 718-715-5740, or DM @sprinkledsweetsxo. Give me the pickup date, your head count, your brand colors, and your logo file.
- I send a quote. You see the exact total before anything is due, which is usually what the office manager needs for approval.
- A 50% retainer holds the date. Venmo, Zelle, or cash. The balance is due at pickup.
- Pick up on Staten Island. Boxes are labeled, grouped, and packed in trays so one person can carry the whole order to the office.
Payment
Venmo at @jennine-pece, Zelle to 718-715-5740, or cash at pickup. A 50% retainer reserves your date and the rest is due when you pick up. See the full payment options.
