Fall Festival and Harvest Party Treats on Staten Island

Harvest colors, wrapped sets for a walk up table, and treats that hold up outside in October.

The short answer

Sprinkled Sweets makes fall festival and harvest party treats on Staten Island for church festivals, school harvest nights, PTA fall fairs, pumpkin picking parties and backyard bonfires. Hand dipped Oreos, pretzel rods, rice krispie treats, jumbo marshmallows, cake pops and cakesicles in orange, rust, gold and cream, individually wrapped for a walk up table. Pricing starts at $40 a dozen and packages start at $150. Order two to three weeks ahead and pick up on Staten Island.

What a fall festival order usually looks like

September and October are booked solid with the same handful of events every year, and the orders fall into three shapes.

The fall palette

Two colors is still the right amount of theme, even in a season with a lot of them. The palettes that come up most here are burnt orange with cream, rust with gold, deep maroon with ivory, and sage with white for fall without the Halloween look.

Hand lettering is included, so a date, a family name, or something like Harvest Fest 2026 costs nothing extra. A church logo, a school crest or a photo is edible photo printing and it adds $10 to $15 a dozen. Printed logos earn their keep on a fundraiser table.

Custom Oreos hold lettering better than anything else because the surface is flat, so a leaf, an acorn or a hand written year comes out clean. If your budget covers one item, make it those.

Treats that survive an outdoor table

Most fall festivals here are half outside, and October on Staten Island runs 50 to 65 degrees with wind off the water. Pretzel rods, Oreos and rice krispie treats handle that with no trouble, and sealed bags keep them clean under a tent in the drizzle. Cake pops and cakesicles soften in sun and in a closed car, so keep those shaded or hold them for indoors. The outdoor party guide goes deeper on weather.

How many to order

The math for every other kind of party is on the how many treats per person page. For a walk up festival table, count two to three per person rather than one, because people come back.

Fall festival versus Halloween

People mix these up when they call. A harvest party is warm colors, leaves, acorns and gold. A Halloween party is black, purple, ghosts and spiders. Some events want both, but the two sets look different on a table. If yours leans spooky, the Halloween treats page has those designs.

Timing

Two to three weeks ahead. October is the tightest month of the fall because Halloween orders stack on top of festival orders, so text in late September for a mid October pickup. Treats are made fresh and picked up on Staten Island the day before or the morning of.

Common questions

How much do fall festival treats cost on Staten Island?
Pretzel rods are $40 a dozen. Custom Oreos and rice krispie treats are $45 a dozen. Jumbo marshmallows run $45 to $55 depending on the design. Cake pops and cakesicles are special order. The Petite package is $150, Classic is $225 and Deluxe is $325.
How many treats do I need for a fall festival with 100 people?
Plan on two to three wrapped treats per person for a walk up table, so eight to nine dozen for 100 people. The Deluxe package at $325 covers a table that size with four treat types.
Do fall treats hold up outside in October?
Pretzel rods, Oreos and rice krispie treats do well in 50 to 65 degree weather and they are the three I push for an outdoor booth. Cake pops and cakesicles want a cooler spot, so keep those on a shaded table or save them for indoors.
Can you do a specific color palette like burnt orange and cream?
Yes. Give me two colors and I build the whole set around them. Burnt orange with cream, rust with gold, deep maroon with ivory and sage with white are the fall palettes people ask for most.
Can you put a church, school or PTA logo on the treats?
Yes. A logo or a crest is edible photo printing and it adds $10 to $15 per dozen. Names and short phrases are hand lettered at no extra charge.
When should I order for a fall festival?
Two to three weeks ahead. October fills up early here because of Halloween, so a late September text for a mid October pickup is the right window. Call or text 718-715-5740 if your date is sooner.
