The treat table needs to match all of that in the same two or three colors, so pick your palette first and let every treat carry it. Blue and silver for a little boy, blush and gold for a little girl, sage and cream for a neutral theme, or a character your baby already loves.
- Custom Oreos hold the big ONE and the name best. Flat surface, clean lettering, and they photograph sharp next to the cake.
- Cake pops are the item guests grab first, and they read like tiny smash cakes on a stick.
- Pretzel rods add height to the display and give the adults the salty and sweet bite.
- Cakesicles work as the centerpiece. One or two dozen with a gold one on the front is usually plenty.
- Jumbo marshmallows and rice krispie treats fill the table for less per piece and travel well.
How many treats for a first birthday
Most first birthdays on Staten Island run 20 to 40 guests once you count the grandparents, aunts, and neighbors. Here is a simple way to plan the count:
- 20 to 25 guests: two to three dozen total across two or three treat types.
- 30 to 40 guests: the Classic package at $225, four dozen across four types.
- 50 guests and up: the Deluxe package at $325, plus a dozen cakesicles as the centerpiece.
If there is a smash cake and a full sheet cake too, one to two pieces per guest is plenty. If the treats are the main dessert, plan on three per guest so the table still looks full at the end.

Putting the ONE and the name on them
The number one, the baby's name, and the party date are hand decorated onto the Oreos, cakesicles, and marshmallows at no extra charge. If you want the baby's photo on the treats, a monthly milestone photo, or a cake smash portrait, that is edible photo printing and it adds $10 to $15 a dozen. Grandparents love the photo Oreos, so order an extra dozen of those.
Matching the smash cake and the dessert table

Timing
Two to three weeks ahead is the sweet spot for a first birthday. Spring and early summer book up first because of graduations and communions, so if the party lands in that window, reach out sooner. Treats are made fresh close to your date and picked up on Staten Island the day before or the morning of the party.
