Pie does the heavy lifting on Thanksgiving, so the treats are there to fill in the gaps and give the table some height and color. The move that photographs best is three or four treat types in the same fall palette. Burnt orange, deep red, brown, and gold, with leaf, turkey, and pumpkin details. The theme lives in the color and the finish, not in a dozen different shapes.
- Custom Oreos carry a turkey, a leaf, or a small "give thanks" message. Flat surface, clean lettering.
- Pretzel rods give the display height and the salty note that keeps the adults coming back between slices of pie.
- Cake pops read as the fun item and the kids at the table reach for them first.

How many treats for Thanksgiving dinner
Because there is usually pie, the treats are an extra rather than the whole dessert, so you can order lighter than you would for a birthday.
- 10 to 12 at the table: two dozen total across two treat types, sitting next to the pies.
- 20 or more guests: the Classic package at $225, four dozen across four types.
- Big extended family, 30 and up: the Deluxe package at $325, plus a dozen cake pops for the kids.
If the treats are meant to be the main dessert instead of a side to the pie, bump those counts up by about half.

Fall colors and hand decorated details
The Thanksgiving palette is burnt orange, deep red, brown, and gold, and it looks best when it is repeated across every treat type. Turkeys, leaves, acorns, and pumpkins are decorated by hand on the Oreos and marshmallows. If you want a family photo or a monogram on the treats, that is edible photo printing and it adds $10 to $15 a dozen. A hand written family name or "Happy Thanksgiving" on the Oreos comes at no extra charge.
Timing your order
Two to three weeks ahead is the sweet spot, which means getting your order in by the first week of November. November fills up quickly because everyone wants the same week, so the earlier you lock the date the better. Treats are made fresh close to your date and picked up on Staten Island the day before dinner or the morning of. Keeping them fresh through the meal
Thanksgiving is a long day, so the treats need to hold from the appetizers through the last slice of pie. Everything on the tray is stable at room temperature and does not need the fridge, which frees up the fridge for the turkey and the sides. - A 50% retainer holds the date. Venmo, Zelle, or cash. The balance is due at pickup.
- Pick up on Staten Island. Trays are packed so nothing shifts on the ride to dinner.
